5 April 2026 at 10:15 Abingdon Meeting
The first half of the meeting will proceed as usual in the manner of unprogrammed, expectant waiting worship, rooted in stillness, out of which anyone can offer spoken ministry if inwardly moved to do so. In the meantime the children will hear the Easter story, in the children’s room.
After around half an hour the children and helpers will knock, and the door will be opened to them. We will sing a song while the children offer pieces of paper to the adults with numbers on them relating to different Advices and Queries.
The children will then be invited to engage in an egg hunt around the meeting room. As they eat, further ministry will be welcome. We will close by singing another song, and sharing chocolate with adults too.
